Is BoundPro ATF-compliant?
Yes. BoundPro is electronic A and D Software designed to satisfy 27 CFR § 478.125 and ATF Ruling 2016-1 (the rulings that authorize cloud-based bound books). The ledger structure mirrors the regulation column-for-column, every record change is hash-chained for tamper evidence, and the compliance-pack export is built specifically for ATF inspection. As with any electronic system, the FFL holder remains the responsible party for record accuracy.
Is my data secure? Where is it stored?
BoundPro is hosted on US-based infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), nightly backups with point-in-time recovery, and per-account access logs. We never sell or share customer data. You can export your full bound book as CSV or PDF at any time.
Can I import from FastBound, Orchid, Easybound, or AIM?
Yes. We ship importers with pre-built column mappings for FastBound, Orchid eBound, Easybound, and AIM CSV exports. You upload, we map, you preview, you commit — line numbers and acquisition dates are preserved. Free white-glove migration is included on every plan, even Starter.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
If you don't add a payment method, your account moves to a 30-day read-only state — you can export everything but you can't add new entries. After 30 days the account is paused. We'll never delete your data without 60 days' notice and an export download link.
Are there per-transaction or per-4473 fees?
No. The monthly subscription is the only charge. Starter has a 500/year 4473 cap; Professional and Enterprise are unlimited. We never charge per acquisition, per 4473, per signature, or per NICS submission.
Do you support NFA / Class III dealers?
Yes — Professional and Enterprise plans include the full NFA registry (Form 1, 3, 4 status tracking, tax-stamp vault), SOT year tracking with renewal alerts, and a dedicated dealer-sample workflow for loaner suppressors and post-86 samples.
What if I run multiple FFLs?
Professional includes up to 3 FFLs in one workspace. Enterprise is unlimited. Each FFL gets its own bound book(s) and per-user permissions, but search, reporting, and the audit pack can roll up across the org.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings — no phone call, no retention email. We'll prorate the current month and give you a 90-day window to export your data.
