Is an electronic bound book legal for FFLs?
Yes. ATF Ruling 2016-1 authorizes FFLs to maintain their Acquisition & Disposition record in an electronic system, provided the system meets the conditions in the ruling and the record contains everything required by 27 CFR § 478.125. BoundPro is built around those requirements.
